Here is a picture I took in November 2007 using my Nikon D80. It's a view over a valley with European cypresses in the foreground and the moon rising on the approaching night sky.

Giacometti cubist sculpture

This is a picture that I managed to take before being kindly told that no photography was allowed at the Alberto Giacometti exhibition at the Centre Pompidou, Paris in December 2007. It was an excellent exhibition and I wish I had managed to get more snaps of the sculptures.

This is a black and white picture of a wall hanging sculpture, using steel wire to create a female torso.

Here are another couple of shots I took in the gardens at Frederiksborg Castle. There is a small castle close-by, next to a small lake and both of these photos were taken there.

I took these pictures in September 2007 using my old Canon Ixus 500. Considering the equipment, I'm actually very proud of the results.

Welcome to my new photo blog

Instead of cluttering my thoughts on marketing with too many random photos over on my main personal blog, I decided to create a blog specifically for my photos. I hope to be able to update it on average twice a month with various photos from my travels and I'm looking forward to sharing these images (old and new) with you and getting your feedback so I can improve my photography.

Equipment:
At the moment, I'm using a small Samsung NV10 digital compact camera, which is always in my bag as well as my trusty Nikon D80 with an 18 - 70mm AF Nikkor zoom lens with Hoya UV filter and a Nikon SB-24 flash gun.
